Secondly, your metabolic rate depends mostly on morning meal, which means that if you eat in the morning your body will burn calories for the rest of the day. 2. Eat not three times daily, as you used to, but four or even five times a day, but smaller portions. It will make your metabolism work faster burning more fat, which is our main objective. Eat only healthy foods. Forget about greasy food or food, containing trans-fat, which is very difficult to burn. Try to avoid sweet food, because it turns to fat as it comes into your organism. Meals containing carbs are also harmful for you, although some specialist are sure that due to its importance for the brain activity, carbs are better not to be excluded from your ration. If you decide to eat carb-containing food, do not abuse.
3. Finally, be as active as possible. Sports keep your metabolism going and make it burn calories. Do jogging or go for a walk together with your friend every day, and you will be in a very good shape.
