If you don’t like onions, for example, you will never feel hunger when you look at them. Supposedly, you will even feel disgust, whereas looking at your favorite fried bacon you will feel starving. Gourmet foods will be a perfect way out for you. They are usually served in small portions, but the variety of foods on one and the same plate is amazing, not to mention their appetizing look. Small portions eaten more often than usually will help to normalize your metabolism, which is responsible for your weight. If you cannot imagine your life without sweets, you can eat a plate of fruits instead. You will not only satisfy the daily need of in vitamins, but also consume a number of nutrients this way. The easiest way to refuse from harmful foods or foods containing fats is a so-called substitution. If you got used to eat fried meat, chicken, bacon, red meat and pork, you can substitute them with white chicken and turkey meat, baked salmon and other fish, boiled or grilled, seafood, etc. Use olive oil instead of corn and sunflower oil. Forget about chips, peanut butter and eat fresh carrots, cabbage and other vegetables that are eatable for you. As humans’ organisms function differently, results of diets can be also different. Depending on how your metabolism works, you will get your personal result of a diet, different from that of your friend’s. Anyway, no matter what way of slimming you have chosen, remember, that low calorie diets are useless in most cases.
