Corpulence is one of the most common problems nowadays . A recent statistics suggests that almost 40% of the world’s population is suffering from this problem. I refuse to call this a disease rather I’ll call it as a problem because it doesn’t actually cause much difficulties in the initial stages. But later on, it turns itself into a very serious illness . A lot of people think that its just part and parcel of life. In reality, it’s a very dangerous thing. Now most of you might have joined some weight loss programs or fitness programs only to leave those some days later. You might not have been enjoyed with the results. Even someone would have seen the hoped-for results and were happy only to find that they have blown up back to their previous form just days after leaving the program. So this actually makes you feel that you should be enrolled in some or the other programs to hold you feet always. This would have made a huge hole in your pockets .
But what if I said you that you could get the same hoped-for results by following some steps at your house itself with no trainer and still cease your fat? Well as idealistic it may seem to be this method is found to be the best out there right now. Also bringing in the desirable results. This is not an instant result bearing process but a gradual and a secured way of fat loss.
1) The main and foremost thing for you to do is to WALK as much as you can .
Do not try to take your vehicle when you can just walk. I’m not saying to walk 100 miles a day! Just walk as much as it is possible for you . If you’re just starting on this then I advise you to begin with something like 2 miles in the morning and 2 miles in the evening for around 3 days. Then you can consecutively extend your distance as much as you feel good with it. Typically, you must be able to walk at least 7 miles in a month.
2) Say NO to unhealthy food
If you were a regular at your favorite eatery, then its time to say good-bye. Junk food is probably the second most reason for obesity . This is mostly found with kids as young as 5 years old! I know that its completely impossible to cut off your favorite junk food all of a sudden. But even this has to be done in a gradual way . Besides do not think of starting this method after finishing the previous ! You have to start both of these simultaneously for improved results. So your schedule for 1 month is filled by these two means . As an alternate to fast food you can have green salads, carrot and a lot of water. I advise you drinking a lot of water even if you do not feel thirsty. Water is very important for the stable metabolism of your body.
Thus by keeping to these two simple means for a month I can hopefully say that there will be a lot of improvement in you. These are not the only methods you need to follow as there are a huge number of other simple steps which will give you the hoped-for results.
